Floating Memories

Rewind,
Fast forward

Rewind,
Fast forward

They are vividly hazy
Tenacious

Real, but unreal
Unreal, but real

They are floating
I am sinking

This series talks about memories. The conscious, subconscious, and everything in between. Memories that my body can remember but my brain not. Fragmented memories that seem impossible to assemble because I lost some pieces.

Maybe not lost, but hidden, buried deep down within my soul, yet I can feel it crawling out of my skin.

Vividly, hazy, dejavu-like memories, fast and slow at the same time.

in golden yellow,

literally.

Sifting daylight dissolves the memory, turns it into dust motes floating in light.
